How to place an order?

all orders are shipped via Nova Poshta Global delivery service with “door-to-door” courier method
after the shipment is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number which you can use to track your parcel on the Nova Poshta website https://novaposhta.ua/en/tracking

What is preorder?

How to change delivery information?

How is the refund made?

If the goods comes with the defect?
in case you find a defect in the product upon receipt, take a picture of the defect and contact us to arrange an exchange or return. we will cover the shipping costs at our own expense
Items doesn't suit me
you can try on each order at home and decide within 30 days whether it suits you. if the product does not fit, issue a refund
How are orders packed?
all parcels are packed in a branded box and complete with a branded postcard, so the order looks presentable and can be suitable as a gift. if you have any wishes regarding the packaging, please indicate them when ordering in the comments
Can i cancel or amend my order?
