you must return and place a new order on the site to make an exchange. exchange can be carried out within 30 calendar days after receiving the parcel. you can also contact us to arrange an exchange

returns

returns can be made within 30 calendar days after receiving the parcel. you must fill out the form at the bottom of the page to make a refund. It indicates the client's name, contact details, the reason for the return, and track-number of returning parcel

the return received by us necessarily passes quality control: before return only products which have a commodity look and without traces of operation (a smell, crumpling, stains, washing), and also in original packing are accepted. we have the right not to accept a return for a product that does not pass such control. don't forget to keep the return receipts to be able to track the parcel. when returning goods from outside Ukraine, make sure you mark your parcel as a return to avoid unforeseen customs costs

swimwear, socks, bracelets, bodysuits, hats are not subject to return and exchange

refunds

IMPORTANT: items from charitable projects ARE NOT subject to return and exchange, where all profits are transferred to charitable funds. such charitable projects include the "we are from Ukraine" capsule, 95% of the proceeds of which are donated to the "Comeback Alive" foundation

if the product for return is in salable condition, the funds will be returned within 7 business days. funds are returned to a bank card or a PayPal account, depending on the payment method chosen at checkout.
