delivery to Europe is FREE of charge, provided by DHL and takes 1-3 business days
delivery to United Kingdom,Norway costs 5-7 GBP and takes 3-7 business days by DHL
delivery to Israel, OAE, Georgia and other costs 10-15 USD and takes 3-7 business days by DHL
delivery to USA, Australia, Canada, Brazil, Japan and other costs 25-30 USD and takes 5-10 business days by DHL

*order processing takes 1-3 working days after the order is placed on the website. working days are from Monday to Friday. please note that the specified delivery periods do not include weekends, public holidays, and customs declaration days.
we're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse orders are shipped from Poland, EU

customs taxes

customs duties and import duties are determined by each country and may vary.  the client pays all duties, VAT etc.. in many countries, duties are charged if the parcel's value exceeds 100 usd.

there could be a delay in delivering your order if you don’t pay the charges immediately. * you can pay taxes and duties on the DHL website by clicking “Pay now” on your order’s tracking page, or directly to the courier on the day of delivery. taxes and duties can also be paid at the DHL office if you pick up the parcel yourself. if you need additional documents to declare the parcel, please contact us.

guarantees and liability

we guarantee high-quality packaging of the order for shipment, timely transfer of the parcel to the transport company, as well as the transfer of the correct track number to track the parcel, but unfortunately, we are not responsible for loss, damage, or any other wrongful actions of postal or customs officials. we recommend checking the integrity of the packaging when receiving the package at the post office and, in case of deformation, submit a written claim to the transport company. however, we are always ready to help and advise on all matters relating to delivery if you have received a wrong item, size, etc., please contact us at its@keepstyle.co with a photo and you order number.
